At Hello Mr. Heart, we are committed to providing you with quality products. Our return and refund policy is valid for 14 days after receiving your order. After this period, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.

Certain items cannot be returned:

• Figurines and collectible items (unless defective upon receipt)
• Personalized products or limited editions
• Gift cards and digital products

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt and inform you if your refund has been approved.

If the refund is approved, it will be processed via your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Exchanges
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 72 hours after receiving it, including photos, at contact@hellomrheart.com.

Returns and Shipping Fees
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the mistake is ours (defective product or wrong order sent).
To return a product, please contact us at contact@hellomrheart.com before sending your package.
We recommend using a shipping service with tracking to ensure the receipt of your return.
