Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
Some items cannot be returned:
- Figurines and collectible items (unless defective upon receipt)
- Customized or limited edition products
- Gift cards and digital products
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt and inform you whether your refund has been approved.
If the refund is approved, it will be processed via your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt with supporting photos at contact@hellomrheart.com.
Returns and Shipping Fees
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the mistake is ours (defective product or wrong order sent).
